    Dell Inspirion N5010 boot up speed

    Hello - I have a Dell N5010 - the boot up speed is super slow. I’ve reinstalled Windows 10 - which has made it slightly quicker but is 3-4 minutes before getting the sign in prompt

    Windows 10
    Intel i3 M380 2.53 ghz
    4g RAM

    Any suggestions would be grateful

      Hi,

      Does your laptop have a regular hard drive or an SSD?

      If it has a regular hard drive then I would recommend you upgrade the laptop to an SSD as that will dramatically improve the system’s performance, Samsung 860 EVO 500GB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD.
