Windows 10 endless reboot after update (cant get to advanced options or safemode)

    I got 2 boot drives
The dedicated boot drive doesnt boot just get the asus bios logo and then an undoing changes endlessly.
I cant get to safe mode when I press f8
I cant get it to repair mode by restarting it during the boot cycle simply doesnt work.
I can literally do nothing other then boot into my other slower drive.
Is there any way I can repair my preferred drive from within windows?

    Hello

Do you know which MS update that was? Can you access that update via the second drive? Also why 2 boot drives?

I had one boot drive at one point then i wanted to boot from a faster ssd so when I upgraded I copyed the os to the new drive.
I believe its windows update 1903 not 100% because I cant get into windows on that drive but its the most up to date version.

Can you explain what you mean by β€œI copyed the os to the new drive.” as in what steps did you take, did you clone the original drive?
