My icons are blank and there is X mark also

My app icons are blank and there is also a X mark on the icon and i have tried to delete icon cache and restart pc but it doesnt restore the normal icons.

Yes but there is also an grey X mark

Not sure what you mean by a grey X mark, any chance that you can take a screenshot and upload it for us, “how to” below if you need it;

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start…all programs…accessories…paint…left click in the white area …press CTRL + V…click on file…click on save…save it to your desktop…name it something related to the screen your capturing… BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG …otherwise it may be to big to upload… after typing in any response you have… click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

That does not look like a picture of a desktop computer screen, is that folder called Steep with an X on it the only thing showing on the computer screen?

I just wanted to let you know that i fixed the problem by reinstalling onedrive and then i opened the blank apps with internet. And then i put the games in trashcan and empty it. Then i created an new shortcut to the blank games.
