Sorry but what you have been told is not entirely accurate, your MB does support 2666MHz RAM without any OCing but that is only any good if the CPU in the board only supports 2666MHz RAM, there is nothing for anyone here to gain by making stuff up and what I advised is supported by both AMD for the CPU and Kingston for the RAM, another link here that also says you need 3200MHz RAM.
Your crash dmps + the documented specs strongly suggest a RAM issue, Iβve been wrong before and will hold my hands up here if I am proven wrong.
I see. I can contact the seller again tomorrow, but I still feel like the the parts I have bought should be compatible. The store I bought the parts from is a very big company, and they usually know what they are doing. They sold the parts as a package that should be compatible, and others have not been having the same issues as me.
Its not that the parts are incompatible it is the fact that the RAM is too slow, I`m sure that you will have heard of the term βbottleneckβ as previously mentioned an additional downside to this is that knowing that the present RAM doesnβt meet the CPUs minimum requirements makes any kind of troubleshooting impossible, the crux of it is that if you purchased the parts as a bundle it should have included RAM rated at 3200MHz or above.
Good morning, I looked up my motherboard to confirm that it supports the 3200 Mhz ram. Does this mean that the motherboard would have to OC to run at 3200 speed? https://www.asus.com/no/Motherboards...B450-F-GAMING/
Does this mean that the motherboard would have to OC to run at 3200 speed?
You would have to manually OC the RAM as the MBs specs say that only RAM up to 2666MHz will auto OC, Kingston also say this here
You could try your hand at OCing to see if you can get the RAM to run stable.

A simple and easy Plug N Play upgrade, HyperX FURY DDR4 RGB will auto-overclock itself to the highest listed speed allowed by the system BIOS.

Worth a read as it explains the best RAM for the different generations of Ryzen, 2666MHz was recommended for first generation Ryzen CPUs Best DDR4 Ram Kits for AMD Ryzen 5 and 7 Processors β 3600MHz + Memory Speeds
I have still not had any problems after i adjusted the memory parameter in the bios, so maybe this is what made the ram unstable. Still, I feel like the package i bought should include ram running at higher clock speed, to fit the cpu. I havent contacted the seller again but I might do that after the weekend. I really appreciate all the help and energy you are putting in to help me.
Well done to you, never been a fan of OCing so was not in a position to advise you were to even start.
How far you take this with the seller is a matter for you I`m afraid but as you are already aware the I concur with your opinion that your bundle should have included RAM rated at 3200MHz or above.
You are more than welcome, it has been a pleasure working with you (y)
I have not had any further chashes or BSODs, so my guess is that I have found a solution. You may close this thread I think Thank you so much again for all your insight and helpful advice. I will probably upgrade my RAM at a later time, if this becomes an issue with the cpu.
You are welcome and thanks for the follow up Retromer (y)
Just a little well done from me to you as I was not about to suggest any sort of OCing and you just went ahead, took the bull by the horns and got it right, cool imo
