      Hi tudaodu, Welcome to PCHF!

Try using System Restore in Windows 10 and see if that restores your programs that Windows 10 uninstalled. Did you perform an upgrade to Windows 10?

        Thank you.
The PC is FROZEN, meaning all new installed programs will be deleted after reboot or at set time. System Restore will not work unless the PC is UNFROZE.
I don’t know how to phrase the question for other to help me to UNFROZE the Windows setting, been searching on this but no luck.
IT might use a different term for FROZE and UNFROZE, I just don’t know how to search for.

Power off the system completely using the power button to make sure the computer fully powers off. Then power the system back on again. Does the computer boot up successfully and allow you to get to the desktop?

Ok great. Now try using System Restore and see if you can restore your Windows 10 system to a date before those programs were removed.

If System Restore doesn’t make any difference and the programs are still gone, do you have any backups of your data?

Can’t perform restore, PC won’t turn on when try to restore.
Not allow BIOS access to boot from USB or Disc.

                  I found what it’s now:
"Deep Freeze, by Faronics, is a software application available for the Microsoft Windows, and macOS operating systems which allows system administrators to protect the core operating system and configuration files on a workstation or server by restoring a computer back to the saved configuration, each time the computer"
Just don’t know how to unfreeze.

Unable to access BIOS to change date, PC will not turn on if I try to access BIOS.
Is there a way to hard reset BIOS?

I see. I would suggest performing a clean install on Windows 10 which will allow you to have full control of the system since you cannot remove the Deep freeze program.

Is this a laptop or a desktop computer?

You can reset the BIOS by removing and re-seating the CMOS battery which will reset the BIOS back to default settings.

Is this a work computer or a computer you got second hand?
