Nvidia display container LS problem

I have an issue with cursor. If i tick this config on (Nvidia display container LS) and restart my pc, my coursor then starts loading the spining wheel and never stops. Basically I cannot use my pc with this config. Any ideas why this makes my cursor freeze and is there any possible option to make my cursor function with this config ON? Thanks

EDIT: I have this issue after my first time reinstalling my windows.
