Disk is read only (URGENT!!!)

Hello to anyone reading this, i cannot seem to install any games on my pc due to it being “read only” I formatted an old hard drive and installed windows on it so that I could use it as a storage drive for other games. i did the whole diskpart thing and it tells me that neither of my drives are read only. The problem seems to be that I am not the main admin of the computer and it switched when i installed windows on the new hard drive so to fix that i wiped the old drive so that windows is only on this SSD. I cant install any new games ive gotten today someone plz help! I also gave every user full control so i really dont understand where this is coming from

The drive itself it not read-only, only the folder. What happens when you type the following into Powershell?
[ICODE]attrib -r "C:\Program Files (x86)\*" /s /d [/ICODE]

Have you logged in using a Standard User or an Administrator User?
