PC almost unusable, cant use Windows StartMenu or any Settings, continuous crashing

Ive reset and reinstall windows a couple times on this thing, this last time was goin’ pretty good for a while

Suddenly some minor features start xxxxxxx up, have to reinstall some stuff, no big deal, maybe they just needed a lil extra work.
    Then crashing starts
Game files start going xxxxxxx and I have to go in and fix them, with this stuff just starts messing up, ect
Then suddenly I couldnt even use my startup or personilaztion

For a long ass time this PC has been giving me problems, I dont know if its the actual hardware or just Windows 10 self destructing

I just wanna game on my gaming computer, but the tinest xxxxx always happens

All I need is to be able to use the startup
Im thinking maybe the problems are from my one stick of RAM and it being over half used and the crashing is corrupting stuff

Anything I can do to fix my Windows Start stuff?
Other then that I think Ill be fine

I cant give you specs because the settings are like, uninstalled, all I can say is its a CyberPower PC

    Any help appreciated!
    Thanks

    Welcome to PCHF ShakenCola,

Are you able to start in Safe Mode, if not, try forcing Windows into the Recovery Environment (RE) by shutting the computer down a couple of times using the power button while Windows is trying to load, it may take two or three attempts but at some point it will hopefully get you into the RE where you can use the troubleshooting steps.
