windows could not finish configuration

I’ve tried everything possible and i’m still receiving the “windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer” someone PLZ HELP

What are you installing from?

Have you checked the HDD for errors?

If from USB drive have you retried downloading the ISO and recreating it on a different USB drive

If form a disk make sure the disk is not messed up

Did you delete the previous partitions then do the install?
