I was having problems with the RGB on my Kraken x62, so i went on the internet and there they told me to remove the devices in device and then restart your PC and reconnect, it did not say how to reconnect though.
How do i add a device to device and printers, it does not show up when searching for devices.
Sounds like you may need to reinstall the NZXT CAM software, you can download this from here along with the user manual + if required the firmware update.
