    Reset Password with Kali Linux USB

    I learnt Kali Linux is capable of resetting password on Windows machine so I made a bootable USB and successfully load Kali Linux. Then I go to change my password utility but it failed to find user accounts on the computer that i forgot the password. Can not go to the final step

      yeah, probably not much help here trying to get past security protocols.
