PC keeps turning on by itself

Hello, my PC keeps turning on by itself from sleep mode, even when it is turned off sometimes.
Iโ€™ve made some research online, Iโ€™ve tried a couple of things but still I canโ€™t find any solution.
When I run command prompt and type โ€œpowercfg -lastwakeโ€ I get this result:
    Type: Device
    Instance Path: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_145F&SUBSYS_87471043&REV_00\4&239 2abc8&0&0339
Friendly Name: AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)

I searched that through device manager but there is not a power managment tab.

Any idea how I can deal with that?

PS. In case I am posting on the wrong section, please move my thread.

Sounds like your USB ports are the cause.
From an elevated command prompt, type powercfg -h off
That should disable them from waking the pc up.
Wouldnโ€™t hurt the also go into BIOS and disable wake in lab as well.

If I do that, will I still be able to wake it up intentionally from my keyboard/mouse?

Also, can you be more specific about the BIOS part?

Yes, mouse and keyboard will still wake it from sleep.

getting into BIOS changes per pc but usually itโ€™s by hitting F2 or F10 or Esc or Del as the pc starts.
Once in, there will be a power management section and itโ€™s usually called WOL (wake on LAN) but again, they all vary slightly son look around.

                Lets see if I am able to help;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
