Internet randomly stalling for a couple seconds.

As you can see in the video, it doesnโ€™t show that itโ€™s coming to a complete stop- but while playing games and such, it definitely pauses the connection for a few seconds.
Sometimes if I restart my pc a lot and retry the connection like 10+ times, it eventually raises the max speed to around 600 mbps, and doesnโ€™t do the pausing thing, until the computer is restarted again. But thatโ€™s really tedious to have to do every time.
I canโ€™t seem to figure out how to permanently fix it, does anyone have any solutions?

Have you also tried resetting the modem and the network device on the computer?

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

For the first question, I have tried that, and it doesnโ€™t fix it.

Is the USB WiFi plugged into a USB 2.0 or3.0 and ave you tried different USB ports?
        What were the results

What are you connecting to 2.4G or 5G and have you tried changing to the other?

Does this happen if you connect to a different WiFi network?

Does this happen when you connect directly to the modem?

This only happens during game or if you are watching online videos as well

Next go through this Tutorial and see if it helps.
