Install Windows 10 on MBR drive

How can i install windows on MBR partition. I was trying to clean install my windows on my laptop and formated all of the partition just to realize that all of my partition is on MBT format. I have use diskpart to convert it to GPT but it say the disk is not supported . Can someone help me!?

Im good now i forgot to clean the drive before converting. Thanks for your help though.
