Makes sense, try using the video cable off the other screen as well if you can,

Ok so i couldn’t find another screen and i used my laptop on the monitor im using and the circle is still there, so its either the monitor or maybe the cables? Idk

Ok I’m so sorry it was some kind of a monitor setting i don’t know how it put itself on… I was so sure it was a pc issue. I’m so sorry for wasting your time, but I will definetly come back to you if a ‘real’ problem occurs. I feel so ashamed.
