Pc freezing after i open a game

My pc randomly started messing up and I’m really worried, everytime I open a game my pc just completely freezes, I’m unable to do anything but reset using the button on my pc case it also happens when I open up quick CPU to check my temperature, if you have any solutions i would gladly hear them

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable us to better assist you.

Thanks for the reply, and I have Gigabye model GA-78LMT-USB3, 8 GB of ram, a msi gtx 970, and High Power 800w psu

Definitely and asap as the present PSU is of poor quality and performance.

Your GPU requires a system to be powered by a minimum of a quality brand 500W PSU that has 30 amps on the +12V rail, best value, performance and five year warranty period I could find is the Seasonic here
