    New PC Not working well

    Hello everyone!
I want to ask you something because I couldnโ€™t find the answers by myself.

So, I bought this brand new PC but it seems to be working really bad, Iโ€™ve taken it back to the Company many times but they just reinstall my windows and give it back to me. Obviously thatโ€™s not working, Everything seems to be fine, my drivers are up to date ( I think ) but the PC still lags, windows runs sluggishly and responds slowly (mouse movement, Keyboard) even the audio is laggy (Slow-Mo, like a robot) . I get freezes and Blue screens (Common error codes below) all the time.
Before these few days, the first startup was just fine. Like, when I would turn the PC off after at least an hour break it was working fine, then if I restarted it the problems would all come back and it was literally impossible to use the PC unless youโ€™d turn it off for an hour.
Now even that doesnโ€™t help. Please can you help me.

    PC Specs:

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core (3.60Hz)
Memory: LEVEN DDR4 16 GB RAM
Graphics Card: Zotac GTX 1060 6GB
    Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
    Power Supply: Deepcool 700W
    Windows 10 education 64-Bit
BIOS: American Megatrends inc. F1 (06/06/18)

    Blue screen error codes: IRQL_NOT_LESS-OR-EQUAL
    UNEXPECTED_KARNEL_MODE_TRAP
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(therse are most common errors but there are also other ones)

I also sometimes get "The instruction at โ€œsome codeโ€ referenced memory at โ€œsome codeโ€. The memory could not be read after a restart or shutdown. (But this rarely happens)

Iโ€™d be so thankful for some help

Without trying to pass the buck here, you have paid for a new pc still under warranty and have consumer rights if the purchase does not live up to what was advertised.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.

I have to agree with @Bruce take the system back and get a refund. From the sounds of it they do not want to and or do not know what they are doing.

Should you start messing with it to much they can void the warranty and then you just stuck with a system that you paid good money for having to pay more money out to get replacement parts.

How long after they fix it does it start to fail again?
