Pc wont boot into anything after i enabled XMP in bios

So I was trying to turn on XMP in my bios when I got stuck in a constant loop of โ€œYour Pc/Device Needs to be repairedโ€. I know the issue is the XMP but I canโ€™t access the bios to turn it off, whenever I try I just get a black screen. is there any way i could fix this?

You could remove your motherboard battery for a few minutes which would reset your board back to defaults. There may be other ways to reset it but as we donโ€™t know what make and model it is just remove the battery.
