cpu usage to low

Whenever i play games my cpu usage is between 50% - 70% and i was wondering how to make it higher. i havve an i5 8600 non k. (right now im on fortnite at all epic settings but my cpu is at 48% usage )

you want to make your games use MORE of your CPU?
the OS will self-manage resources to a certain degree, so there will be a limit on how much you can control.

what about in Task Manager, right click your program and Set Priority.
