laptop issue

kindly note that i have a dell laptop that i did a format and a reset for this laptop 3 times but it is not working . the windows is loading but before start working it stopped not working not logging into the windows.

because it is not working i did a format by using usb boot

Changes made in the BIOS?

Could be a corrupt install media and or hardware starting to go out.

Try re-downloading the windows 10 install again and redo the USB drive form it.

You may also want to use a different USB drive to rule out the current one being bad.

Other causes could be hardware failure in the system.

Run a Check Disk on the computers HDD

When the command prompt opens type followig command and press enter. This will check the HDD for errors and depending on the size of the drive may take a while to complete. DO NOT interrupt it will cause damage to the HDD.
