2 User's on one Microsoft account

    Hello!

I got a strange situation on my pc.

I got 2 users on my Microsoft account. I can see 2 profile pictures on the right side of my profile picture when Iโ€™m at my account settings.
I also have a strange user that has nearly the same name as myself that I donโ€™t find anywhere else than in windows explorer as shown below.

Can this mean that Iโ€™m hacked?

Earlier today I had a process called โ€œSgrBroker.exeโ€ that made my computer work very hard and used all my memory. Iโ€™ve heard these can hide a Trojan.

How can I check, fix if I am hacked?

as to the 2 profile pictures on the right, they are your previous ones you have used.
each time you update your profile picture, it remembers the previous ones for you.

as to xmra and xmran, my guess is you arenโ€™t hacked, but you simply used to log into the PC as xmra back in June 2017 then, for whatever reason in May 2019 you started logging in as xmran.

and in January 2019, you did something to Windows, like a repair install or something.

Well, that was good info out of 2 pictures. Thanks

Thing is, I havenโ€™t recently started to log in as โ€œxmranโ€, Iโ€™ve only logged in on that one the whole time and regarding the profile picture i havenโ€™t changed that one either at any point.
Inside โ€œxmraโ€ there is also a folder with a single but different first name than mine.

I canโ€™t remember what happend in January to let the pc do a repair install or whatever but I guess that one isnโ€™t a concern.

But if it is like you said that i switched away from โ€œxmraโ€ in 2017 why isnโ€™t it possible to find this user anywhere else than in windows explorer?

      Thanks for any help

go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage User Accounts - how many are shown there?
the open an elevated command prompt and type net user and hit Enter - how many there?

sorry guys, I somehow must have missed the reply.

soโ€ฆ looks like xmra isnโ€™t listed so shouldnโ€™t be an active account any more.
to check, in File Explorer, go to C:\users\xrma and have a look in Docs, Pictures, Music, Favorites, Desktop folders etc, and see if there are any personal files listed. if so, move them to the xmran folder.
then I would deleted that old user profile.

but also consider, things as they are now, are working, and although you may not be able to explain how you got to the situation you find yourself, you do run a risk of (no matter how slight) โ€œif it ainโ€™t broke, donโ€™t fix itโ€.

                Thanks for the help Bruce.

I decided earlier today to do a clean install as itโ€™s been a while since i have done a clean install as i just updated from windows 7 to windows 10 when it arrived.
So either way, now im 100% sure its clean, cause i also changed my password and everything.

But i learned a thing or two on the way and really appreciate all help.

I like your idea, a โ€œnuke from spaceโ€ install would have indeed fixed all your concerns.
