pc started running ultra ultra slow and wouldnโt click on any internet tabs i had open and took ages to load task manager. then just comes up with an error message with sad face and saying your pc ran into a problem and a few more words about error code etc, I guess saying it has to restart? but i cant read the rest as it restarts itself before can see then took agesto load like 10 mins with loading circle just going round then gets to password screen
then does pc error message and sad face again. reloaded got to password screen again, little bit faster this time but still slow, pressed shift and restart and loaded recovery environment and chose system restore but that just turned screen black for like 20 mins now and iโm right now still waiting for something to happenโฆwhy is this all happening, why did it start going ultra slow and unresponsive, a virus? and how to fix it? can i fix it using another option in the recovery environment?
