Random PC freezes a few times a day, 100% SSD usage when it happens

Hello everyone.
For the past few days I have been encountering this issue that is quite new to me.
I have no idea what triggers it but it happens a few times a day. Programs stop responding, sound is still going, I get disconnected from the Discord call I am in and then after about half a minute everything is going fine again. Sometimes when I had a stream open on my second monitor during this, I could still see chat moving and things happening but when I clicked something then Chrome stopped responding as well.
I got a screenshot of task manager and resource monitor right after it happened while I was playing playing a game (Chrome was closed at that time):

Thank you in advance for the help.

EDIT: It happened again and this time it ended with a BSOD :

Hello

When is the last time you did a antivirus/malware scan?

Hello. I am using Malwarebytes and the last time I did a scan was 2 days ago. I also used ADWCleaner the same day.

Sorry for the late reply. Here are the results from the security check. However that ZHP installer was in a different language and after installing it, the .exe gave me an error and opened a window that looked different than the ones you posted.
I also got another screenshot of this issue and am starting to wonder if it doesn’t have something to do with Chrome after all.

Thanks for the help.
