      OK, let’s go back a step.
      try plugging in any 3.5mm headphones to see if it’s those krakens or the pc itself.

          Doesn’t work I think the problem is with the pc or with the HDMI cable (Reminding that my monitor got speakers)

                        How long ago?
                        What was changed prior to it no longer working (if it did)?

                        Did you ever change you output for the sound and or check to make sure that it is on the correct one?
                        What is the make and model of the computer?

                          My monitor and graphic card can use DisplayPort I think I will just buy DisplayPort Cable and it will fix the problem

                              The driver is located on Control panel > hardware and sound > sound

                              i am not trying to butt in, but i believe you should do as advised from the support team so they can help you accordingly
