Windows 10 self repair doesnt pop up

My new pc crashed out of nowhere and self repair couldn’t fix. So it keeps restarting over and over again. I went to advanced options and tried everything and nothing worked. Last resort I went to the option to delete all files (it’s a new pc so not alot of important things in there) Now when self repair comes up,theres no option to go into advanced options. Can’t go into safe mode. Nothing,just keeps restarting over

Sounds like a reinstall of Windows is needed.

Windows always already installed when I got the pc and I don’t have a have to Uninstall it.

No you can’t uninstall whatever is left of your Windows. A reinstall will overwrite whatever is there.
