bsod and black screen after windows login screen

Hi, recently have been facing the issue of black screen after the windows login screen. Mouse cursor shows up but other than that, nothing else shows up, can’t open task manager as well though the mouse cursor shows loading sign for a moment.
It usually happens after bsod, I got irql error yesterday and hardware page corrupted error today. Not sure what’s going on.

PS: I have to force restart when the black screen occurs for it to work again.

When you can access the PC turn off fast startup & also disable β€˜use my sign in information to finish setting up this PC after a restart or update.

        Has this worked?
If not then try updating the graphics card driver or if recently updated roll back to the previous one.

Hi, I will restart the laptop and let you know. It is not frequent, usually I see the black screen after restarting after bsod error which only happens once in a while.
          Thank you.

If it happens after a BSoD then the black screen may be connected to that so this may not work.
When you next get the blue screen post back with the message which shows at the same time.

Hi, there has been no bsod recently. And the restart doesn’t bring in black screen. I think it has been solved, I am not sure exactly since I don’t know if the fast startup was the reason for the bsod.
