Windows 10 cannot find any wifi connections

Yes, the wifi is working on my phone and on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet, so it’s not a problem with my router.
No, I do not use ethernet and never have on this pc

I have a desktop and cant find a β€œwireless button” that some PCs have.
I have tried updating network drivers but that still hasnt worked.

    Please help!

Just to clarify, is this a new PC or is this one that has had working WiFi that has now stopped working?

It’s not new, I’ve had it for almost 2 years. It has connected to wifi before, the most recent was last night
