Hi sqwarli. Try Performing a clean boot in Windows and see if that helps. Have you updated your motherboards BIOS to the latest version?

Have you tried opening up Task manger during a game and making sure no other processes are taking up a high amount of CPU usage?

Well i did update my bios a week ago ut i can check againand what clean bot of windows means reinstall windows mybe?

No a clean boot just turns off all 3rd party programs that are starting up with your machine to rule out a program that could be interfering with your system.

Ok so i run the USER banchmark test and it was staying that my ram prforms badly and i tried fixing it i dont know whats the problem

Do you have one stick of RAM or two installed in your system?

Your system will not be able to run at its optimal performance with just one stick of RAM. If possible, I would try running two 8 GB sticks that are identical and see if your system performance improves.
