Windows start menu doesn't open

When I click on the Windows logo or the Cortana button, nothing appears. This also happens when I click on the windows key. [ATTACH]4290[/ATTACH]

Have you tried a reboot?
Safe Mode?

I have this software on my pc called Classic Shell, but I don’t think there’s a relation because I have the software in a long time without modifying it. I use it to turn my tool bar transparent.

I’ve already rebooted my PC but everything stayed the same.

What happens when you right click on some thing?
When I right click it goes into a Classic Shell’s special menu.

Yes. I don’t remember doing nothing different when it happened.

Lately no. I haven’t installed any new software or something like that.

I’ve never did safe mode on my pc. How could it fix my problem?

Safe Mode is used to test and see if things can be accessed if the computer acts up and it loads with basic drives.
