    PC random freeze/crash

My pc for about the last couple months has been randomly freezing/crashing from time to time. Nothing seems to trigger it since it has crashed before with no programs running. I have monitored the temp of my drives 30C on idel and about 60-70C on high load. I used Crystal Disk to check on my SMART data of my hard drives and everything is ok. My anti virus (Trend Micro) doesnt report anything malicious. I cleaned my computer of dust before, and made sure that airflow is correct (in front, out back). All my drivers are up to date. Im really at a lose of what could be triggering this.

    PC specs
    Intel i7-6700K 8M skylake quad core 4.0 GHz LGA 1151 91W
    PSU(EVGA supernova 850 platinum 850W
    GC(MSI Geforce 970 GTX 4G)
    SSD(850 evo 500Gig and 250Gig)
Cpu fan(cooler master hyper 212 evo)
    Ram(corsair vengence LPX 2x8GB)
    Mother board(MSI maximus hero VIII)
    2case fans (1 front, 1 back)
