PC wont let me factory reset

I have a 3 year old Asus desktop pc, running windows 10 and it wont let me do a factory reset. I’ve tried a lot of things and I keep getting…"there was a problem resetting your pc, no changes were made." Please advise me on other options, Thank you.

Couple of questions if I may;

How are you trying to do a Factory Reset.

Did the computer originally ship with Windows 10.

Why are you trying to do a Factory Reset, are you having problems that you think a reset may resolve etc.
