How to get rid of this Screen?

I just reinstalled Windows 10 on my laptop and now during startup I get this screen. I wasn’t getting it before, does anyone know how to get rid of it. It loads the HP screen then this screen then the Windows loading screen, but it hangs on this screen for about 5 seconds, while not a huge problem it is still an annoyance since it slows down my boot time.[ATTACH]4151[/ATTACH]

How did you reinstall Windows, if you used a USB or DVD have you removed the drive?

Okay nevermind, I figured it out. I had Network PXE Boot enabled in BIOS, I just disabled it and now it doesn’t do it, sorry.
