Recovery Screen - Help!

Why from Amazon, any local tech or stationary store will have one, just make sure that it is 8GB or above.

Something for you to try in the interim, try powering up and shutting down the computer two or three times using the power on button, hopefully after a couple of times the Windows Recovery Environment will come up.

Everytime I try to press F1 it just restarts on its own and takes me back to the same blue screen. Doesn’t even show the Recovery environment, just immediately restarts upon F1.

What happens if you try pressing F8 instead.
