I assume all drivers are updated correct? Have you tried using DDU to uninstall the drivers doing a fresh install of the most up-to-date ones to rule out a bad driver?

Iβm afraid your motherboard is shot. Since you already tried another known working PSU, Iβm afraid a new MB is the solution here, short of a clean OS install.
Unfortunately since yourβs is a 2nd gen CPU, you wonβt find 2nd gen MBβs anymore.
