    I assume all drivers are updated correct? Have you tried using DDU to uninstall the drivers doing a fresh install of the most up-to-date ones to rule out a bad driver?
    Drivers are updated, though didn’t try DDU, will do that

      UPDATE
      Worked for 5 min and now nothing is happening, When I hit the power button there is only power in mouse and nothing is working inside the case

        I’m afraid your motherboard is shot. Since you already tried another known working PSU, I’m afraid a new MB is the solution here, short of a clean OS install.

        Unfortunately since your’s is a 2nd gen CPU, you won’t find 2nd gen MB’s anymore.
