post your PC specs so we can check deeper.

but traditionally, 3 beeps at startup is an indication that your video card and/or memory sticks are not installed correctly, incompatible, or faulty.
remove them, wipe them, make sure they are seated in their slots correctly and check your motherboard specs against those components for compatibility.
then try starting the PC with one component reinstalled at a time.

good job on getting the PC to start.
being a new build, have you installed all the motherboard drivers.
one of them will be for the inbuilt network card.
the drivers will be on the CD that came with the motherboard.

and donโ€™t forget to post your specs for that PC!

                You may try this:
                [ol]
[li]Use Windows โ€œTroubleshoot problemโ€[/li][li]Open โ€œDevice Managerโ€ and find your Wi-Fi card. Press the right mouse key on it an uninstall the driver.[/li][li]Now restart the PC and Windows will reinstall the WLAN driver. This will reset your Wi-Fi driver.[/li][li]If this doesnโ€™t fix your problem then you need to open the laptop and reconnect the WLAN card.[/li][li]If this also doesnโ€™t work then you are left with no other option than replacing Wi-Fi card. [/li][/ol]
