Set Refresh Rate to high for monitor now has no signal
I was creating a custom resolution when i accidently set the refresh rate to high for my monitor which goes up to 144hz.I am able to use the hdmi cable but the display port has no signal now.When i change the refresh rate settings on hdmi it doesnt transfer to the display port settings.Cant boot Display port option into safe mode either.
My monitor is a Asus MG248Q
Cpu is i7 8700k
Gpu Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti AORUS 0 Ti Xtreme Edition
darn, I would have thought Safe Mode was a guaranteed option?
I assume you are running multiple monitors?
have you tried just the HDMI cable and getting it all back the way you like it with that connection, then add the DP side of it?
