Certain stuff is not showing on my screen (Please help me!)

When i boot up my PC files names, my steam, icons names, and even stuff on my task bar isn’t showing. I don’t really know what to do because i cant fix anything without being able to see anything, I have tried restarting it multiple times and went to shower to see if it would show the icons and stuff once i got out but it didn’t fix anything. I don’t know what to do please help. Also my discord and google chrome seem completely fine. Also my windows button seems to not be working; when i click on it nothing happens. The only thing I have done was reset my computer and delete windows.old[ATTACH]3892[/ATTACH][ATTACH]3893[/ATTACH][ATTACH]3897[/ATTACH]

How did you do the reset as there are several ways of doing it. Open a cmd prompt type winver what is the numbers its says. In device manager is there any yellow triangles?

I just decided to reset it again since i didnt have many new files since the reset and that fixed it. I reset it by going to the advanced startup menu and used restart and keep files.
