Stuck on blue Hp logo screen

Hello everyone who can help. Yesterday I saw a video on how to overclock RAM. In order to do so I had to go into the BIOS. Upon turning my PC on I proceeded with pressing F2 to bring up my BIOS settings. But unfortunately I now am stuck on the blue “press esc to access startup menu” screen. Please help as I have recently downloaded sea of thieves and I absolutely love the game.

When you restarted your pc,was this after you changed the bio settings with your ram? Please give us more of your HP spec’s.

Over clocking a system does not always work and can some time make it a paper weight.

Go back into you BIOS and reset it to factory so the changes that you made can be reverted back to the original settings.

See of the system boots.

and hopefully whatever changes the system allowed you to make were not too excessive and has fried something.
