Settings In The Start Section Not Working

In the PC Settings of Windows 10, the settings in โ€œPersonalization>Startโ€ section arenโ€™t working, they wonโ€™t stay on, they turn off as soon as I turn them on. How do I fix this?

Non activated versions of Windows 10 wont allow any personalisation changes.

My Windows 10 is Activated. The settings in โ€œPersonalization>Startโ€ section arenโ€™t working & wonโ€™t stay on.

Have you tried rolling back the most recent updates and or restored to a previous date when the system was working correctly.
Have you checked to see (if there are) other users on that system having the same issue?
            Tried Safe Mode?
            Rebooted?
            Run Check Disk /r
Run sfc/ scannow (remember to run more than once)

This problem can be easily solved by:
              1. Updating the windows 10 - Windows releases minor updates, you must try by updating or if you have already installed all the updates
              2. Reinstall the drivers
              3. Fix the taskbar, taskbar issues are common with windows 10. Fixing your taskbar may solve your setting problem. or
              4. you must also check by rebooting your pc in safe mode and then accessing your settings, if it works fine in safe mode then it must be blocked by some Virus

Closed due to lack of OP response.
