does it only happen in the one browser, have you tried another?
try using that browser with it started in safe mode (not Windows Safe Mode) - that is with all extensions turned off.
on the assumption it may be security related, temporarily disable your AV software and see if that helps.
has this only started happenming after a browser/Windows/AV update?
Have you checked with the ISP they may be doing some work on the system or it may be over loaded.
Have you tried what @Bruce stated in Post # 2 and are you wired or WIFI and have you tried rebooting the modem?
