CANT BOOT PC!!!

I noticed that my new HP 15-b001e laptop become slow after I downloaded something off the internet. It started become slower and slower day by day. Google Chrome would crash unexpectedly, apps would fail to respond and booting became HELL SLOW!!! So I decided to reset the PC using windows installation media. I tried a couple of times, but in vain. THE BLOODY THING JUST WOULDNT RESET!!! Then I decided to use the HP recovery manager. But the restoration didnt complete. I tried once more and in the process My PC’s battery died. Now I can’t boot my PC and whenever i switch it on it shows three windows. PLZZZ reply quickly as it’s not even a month old and I am about to enter college and hence will be needing it for projects and other stuff.

Hoping for a quick response.(Specs listed below)

HP 15-b001e
HDD- 2TB
Intel core i7 7th Gen
16 GB RAM
AMD Raedon 530 Graphics (4 GB dedicated Graphics)

You’ve done the obvious steps in reloading and restoring Windows.
No idea what that program you downloaded was or what it may have done - good or bad.
Certainly can’t rule out a hardware issue and on that front, and with this being a new PC, why bust a gut, take it back for warranty.

If it’s a new PC, I would strongly advise taking it back for warranty repair. Doing anything yourself might render the warranty void.

You can’t go wrong with warranty work. It’s free
