Won’t display anything and won’t provide power to usb ports

Hey! I’ve been using my computer lately and I’ve recently come across a problem this afternoon. I tried to boot up my desktop and it doesn’t show anything on the display. The Lights come on and the fan as normal just the power to USB ports and the display. I’ve checked the cords plugged everything in and out and now I really just don’t know what to do. Please help!
