Windows 10 bootloop

Hi! I desperately need help.
Today my windows 10 automatically updated. After it finished updating, it brought me to this page: http://i65.tinypic.com/2iqehjb.png
I selected US and got here: http://i63.tinypic.com/2z9mxcm.png
So I tried nearl all of the commands, and everytime, no matter what I tried, it brought me back to keyboard option, or it said something like this: http://i64.tinypic.com/2urs9ah.png , http://i66.tinypic.com/2yjpi81.png .
Then I opened command prompt and wrote:
bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
bootrec.exe /fixmbr
bootrec.exe /fixboot
After that it said acces denied, I restarted laptop and now I am stuck on the first page, keyboard language selection. I have no idea what I did, my boyfriend told me to write that in command prompt, I have no idea what happened, I just need my laptop because I’m in university and can’t do without Word and Powerpoint.
Please help, what do I do?

I would suggest you to reinstall windows with a CD since you need your laptop urgently. Windows updates might have not fully installed. You can also try using safe mode and troubleshoot your PC.
