This is a good bit of information for me to go over, so you can expect a reply tomorrow. Can you please perform a clean boot on the machine, and let me know how the computer acts under a clean boot please.

I don’t think anything happened after the clean boot. But after turning on the laptop this morning, the mouse lagged once (just moments ago).

How is the computer running now? Are you still experiencing issues?

Yes, the lag is there from time to time, usually 3-4 times a day. Yesterday, when I was watching a youtube vid, it lagged for a bit longer about 5 seconds i think.

mouse is lagging more often these days and the lag time is also increasing. And I also had two BSOD with stop code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT

And I don’t know what’s going on, but sometimes there is no reply box (in here). And even when I click like, it redirects me and tells me if I want to confirm my action or something. I have to wait a while before the reply box appears.

Can you post an updated Speccy url + upload any crash dmps that you may have.
                    1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
                    2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
                    3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach Files tab.

I went to the minidump folder but there is nothing there.

Lets make sure there is no corruption in the file system.

Click Start< type Command Prompt in the Start search box, right click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator. After the Command Prompt window opens, type chkdsk C: /r and hit enter. Type Y to confirm that you want to schedule a Check Disk to run on the next restart. After the Check Disk has been scheduled, close the Command Prompt window and reboot the computer to allow Check Disk to run.

How is the computer performing after Check Disk finished? Is it still lagging?

Does the computer lag even when the computer is in Safe Mode? Have you tried updating your laptop’s BIOS to the latest version?
