I am not sure exactly how to explain this strange error that started a few days ago on my pc, but I will try. Whenever I hover over something on my pc, say a link to a website I have bookmarked or a program I have pinned to my task bar, no text shows up and instead only these black and white lines or colored square shape type things. So far the only text this happens to is what I listed above and certain tabs in my task manager and control panel.
If anyone has ever had a problem like this or knows how to solve it, help would be greatly appreciated.
