Error installing windows 10 on new built PC

So I built a computer, created a windows 10 installation usb drive, started the installation, after entering the product key it started installing, then got an error saying windows cannot install required files, make sure the computer is connected to the network and restart installation. Internet was connected.
So i decided to start over. The usb drive i was using was a 64gb sandisk but was reading as a 32gb for some reason after creating the windows installation media on it. So I figured I should start clean and use a different usb drive(16gb and formatted). But after trying to install windows with this one, this screen keeps popping up saying :
    Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired.
The operating system couldn’t be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.
    File: \windows\System32\drivers\tcpip.sys
    Error code: 0xc0000221
You’ll need to use recovery tools. If you don’t have any installation media (like a disc or usb device), contact your pc administrator or pc/device manufacturer.
    Press Enter try again
    Press F8 for Startup Settings
Press EsC for UEFI Firmware Settings
I’ve tried everything I can think of. Not sure if this means anything but, I only have 1 sdd in the pc, and that 1 drive shows up in the asus bios. But after restarting the pc with the installation usb drive in, it shows 4 drives:
    samsung ssd 850 evo 5 (476940mb),
    sandisk sandisk cruzer 8.02 (95mb),
uefi: sandisk sandisk cruzer 8.02 partition 1 (15283mb),
    sandisk sandisk cruzer 8.02 (15283mb)
    Any suggestions??? Please help
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

      Hi MicaRyanSulc, Welcome to PCHF!

Do you have a CD/DVD drive that you can try using to see if you can install Windows 10 that way? Do you have only one internal hard drive installed in your machine?

Did you make sure to install Windows 10 on the unallocated space on your internal hard drive when you were prompted on where you wanted to install Windows 10 on?

Did you try using a different USB port on your motherboard to plug the USB flash drive into?
