Did you try ALL the options in the video? Seems only a short time to do them since me posting? So even a new user account and resetting Windows didn’t fix it?
Well this is depressing… I tried ALL (6) steps with no change. Now I have to reinstall windows and it will get rid of ALL of my apps that didn’t come with windows 10??? This is Step 7.
Man, what a time consuming drag!
As I did my free up grade from Windows 7 to 10 (probably a couple years ago) didn’t they offer … if I wasn’t happy with Windows 10 I could go back to Windows 7? And if so, how many people have actually done this? It’s strange how they guard their OS and their Apps and ofcourse their Windows Store. Can we not make any decidions for ourselves?
Let me know before I make my choice of what to do…
As the video explains the reset of windows should not affect any personal files, but you will have to reinstall apps.
An update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 is really not a good way to have Windows 10 on your machine. You are legally entitled to and really should put a clean copy of Windows 10 on your PC, but it’s your call.

Can’t answer that, but a lot of people found updating from 7 to 10 was not the way to go.
Someone else may have some thoughts on fixing your issue?

Yes you could revert your computer back to Windows 7 but more than likely it will require a clean install of Windows 7 to get your system back to a fully working state. Many users have reverted their computer back to Windows 7 but Windows 10 only gives you a 30 day window to downgrade back to Windows 7 from when you upgraded to Windows 10. After that 30 day window has passed which in your case it has, you will need to perform a clean install of Windows 7 if you want Windows 7 as your main OS on your machine.
I had to totally re-install Windows 10 to get rid of the problem.
Back up and the reloading of software took an increadably long time… from start of the fix/posts to completion took 2 weeks to get my computer back to where I wanted it to be! Thank you for trying. I have both this PC laptop and 2 Mac Pro towers.
Save up and buy a MAC!!!
