Icon Issue

How do I get the icon in the picture to display the program instead of the icon of the image program?
The icon that suppoed to display is “System Restore Explorer”> http://nicbedford.co.uk/software/systemrestoreexplorer/

it looks like the system thinks it is an image so is showing the icon for that file association.
does the shortcut fire up the program when double clicked?
if so, you can right click that desktop icon > Properties > Change Icon.

The program fires right up but it won’t let me change the Icon

Yes. Get out of System Restore, And Bruce’s fix will work.

I figured it out. PC Settings----->Apps----->Default Apps----->Reset & that fixed it. (y)
