Guys plz help, urgent! PC lights up, (keyboard, card, mouse) but no display

Yesterday everything was fine, I remember I shut it off as normal; I did nothing unusual I can remember.
This morning I turn it on, the lights come on like normal, but the logo for the motherboard doesn’t show like usual, then the screen goes into sleep mode and so does the keyboard (it has a lighting thing it does).
I have tried replacing all the parts, clearing dust checking port connections to no help.
I just need to know if there is anything else I can do, or if I need to look at getting a new part, or maybe a tech guy.
    Thanks!

      Hello

The recommended psu requirement is a 500 watt psu. This would be your issue more than likely.

The thing is I’ve had it running fine like this for 3 years now, and that’s never been an issue; also all the fans, lights are still functioning while it doesn’t boot

Did you apply thermal pasted to the CPU before placing the heat sink back on. Did you reconnect the fan for the heat sink back to the proper connection on the motherboard?

Check to make sure that you are plugging into the Video Card and not the motherboard.

Remove the Video Card and plug the display into the mother board and see if anything appears.

Oh, bois, I got it working. Apparently the cable that connects my external power button to the motherboard was wonky, so it was only booting certain parts of the PC (I think) anyway it’s working for now, lets hope it stays that way, thanks for the support!

Ah! yes,you may want to consider replacing that power button eventually. Glad you got it working. Shall we mark your thread as solved then?

Yeah, thanks a lot. While it was a happy accident I got it working, you can probably add this to the list of things to check I hope!
