hard drive problem

hello, so got a bit of a problem. need some help i was encrypting my hard drive and the power when out . I have a desktop hp pavilian. when i start up my computer it goes in to diagonse mode i have tried redoing this through a usb boot but it doese not show up . any thoughts or solutions

Have you tried Recovery?
On HP systems press F11 on startup.

system recovery wont work for some reason i has no back up points

For the HP Recovery (F11) to work you do not need any backup points. Just select Advance Options and go from there.

As a last resort you can always buy Recovery Disks from HP
